Shipping destinations:

• We currently ship by default to only EU countries. If you would like to purchase from North America, drop us a message and we'll make it happen :)
• Our products come to you directly from our selected suppliers and wholesalers. Products from different sources are sent separately and shipping will be charged according to each product supplier. We cannot combine shipping for products from different vendors. However, you will always see the total shipping & handling cost to you at checkout.

Shipping times:

We are adding shipping time estimations as we get further into running the store.

For Nineon Import items coming from China, there is always a handling time of 1-2 weeks before shipping. Please take this into consideration before ordering. 

• Shipping within EU is still relatively fast, as well as within the US. We go for the less expensive shipping options, so for these locales you should expect max 2 weeks of shipping time, barring any holidays.
• International orders from China may take as long as 2 months to deliver. The same is true for shipments between the US and EU. Fast delivery costs a lot in the limited global cargo capacity of the COVID era.
  

Shipping cost:

• Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 
• All Nineon Import products are shipped for free to compensate for the long shipping times.
• We have added DHL as a faster option for shipping for the Nineon Import items.
  If your Nineon Import items cost less than €50, you can opt for DHL shipping for them for €20 euros extra.
  If between €50 and €100, the DHL option is €10.
  For Nineon Import orders over €100, we automatically upgrade you to free DHL for them. 

Any products from other brands/collections still have their own shipping costs, which is set at €8.90 per order

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

EUROPEAN VAT is charged by us and it is always included in the product price. 

For other taxes and customs duties, the buyer is responsible for handling them. Please understand your local tax & customs duties before ordering.

For example:

• You live in Finland and order products we ship from China or USA. We pay the VAT for you, it is included in the prices. However, if the total cost with shipping coming to you from outside the EU is more than roughly 150 Euros, you may need to pay 10% customs duties (tulli) for the products. You must pay that additionally to the Finnish customs, we do not pay import duties.
• You live in the USA and order products from Europe or China. According to the instructions at US Customs & Border Protection website, "Packages whose declared value is under $800 ($100 if being sent as a gift to someone other than the purchaser) will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP. However, CBP always reserves the right to require a formal entry for any importation and generally exercises this option if there is something unusual about the importation".

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Stripe (Credit Cards, Apple Pay) and PayPal. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• PLEASE contact us as soon as a return/refund situation arises. We always want to solve the situation to everyone's satisfaction.
• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Please take pictures of the damaged product and contact us directly first!
• Timing: we have a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@nineon.store">info@nineon.store with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - your products will be manufactured and/or shipped within 5 business days, unless it is specifically stated that the item takes longer to manufacture, for example if you order from our made-for-order or personalized products..
